On the second day of Iran’s teachers’ second two-day nationwide sit-in more cases of the strike action were publicised. Photos of striking teachers from the following cities and towns were published:
Tehran, Karaj, Norht Khorasan Province, Eslamabad-e Gharb, Eslamshahr, Iranshahr, Mashhad, Mahabad, Bukan, Najafabad, Ghazvin, Kazeroun, Sari, Urmia and Jolfa. There was also Baghcheh Behi, a Kurdish-speaking village in Bukan.
The sit-in remained solid in the cities and towns publicised yesterday.
