Zanyar Dabbaghian, a labour activist in Sanandaj
On Monday October 8th, just after returning from work, Zanyar Dabbaghian, a labour activist in Sanandaj (in Kurdistan Province), was arrested by Intelligence Ministry agents and transferred to an unknown location. When his family enquired about his fate at the Ministry’s Office and Detention Centre, they were not given any information about his situation.
Everyday the Iranian regime is using the current international situation as an excuse to arrest and interrogate labour activists, social and environment activists, teachers and so on.
