Arak’s prosecutor has said that of the nearly 30 of HEPCO’s protesting workers who were arrested, those who had “no leadership role” have been released and six are still in custody.

While Arak’s prosecutor promised to release the six, the ILNA news agency said the situation of the six was “not known” and that 10 other workers were also summoned.

In recent days HEPCO workers began a new round of protests.

The protests also continued on Sunday, September 22nd.
