Mohammad Davari, a 26-years-old political and labour activist, has been released on 15 billion rial ($356,928) bail pending appeal. He was being held in Shiraz’s Adelabad jail.

Esmail Abdi temporarily freed from jail

Neda Naji released
After 303 days in detention, Neda Naji has been released temporarily. She was arrested at a peaceful May Day rally outside the Iranian regime’s parliament on May 1st 2019.

Hassan Saidi’s five-year sentence upheld!
Hassan Saidi, one of the May Day 2019 detainees and a member of the Trade Union of the Tehran and Suburbs Vahed Bus Company, had been sentenced to five years’ imprisonment in a lower court. The appeal court has now upheld his sentence. Continue reading
